Why is it important?
There is no more helpful information than the opinion of a good mechanic when buying a used car, and yet most consumers aren’t aware that many mechanics are happily willing to perform a pre-purchase inspection. Doing so can be the difference between a comfortable purchase, and the fear of sinking thousands of dollars down the drain.
What we inspect
Archie’s technicians will perform a thorough inspection of the vehicle’s condition, focusing on all the components that may not be immediately noticeable to a car buyer. Our mechanics will give you all the information they can glean from the condition of the used vehicle’s tires, exterior, engine, transmission, suspension, and interior.
When should you get a safety inspection?
Right after you find a car you’re interested in, but before you’ve grown too attached to say ‘no’ in case there might be hidden costs that kill the deal.
